Staff was great. I had an appointment for 11:00 am and was on time. During check in I was told they were running behind. When I asked how behind, I was told 2 hours. It took 3 hours for an oil change, inspection and tire rotation. My Sierra is out of warranty but I still would like to use your dealership for service. I have other excellent options but would like to stay with Haggerty. That being said, 3 hours for a tire rotation, inspection and oil change are not acceptable.

The wait was entirely too long. I had to wait over 3 hours for an oil change and I arrived at the service department only about 1 1/2 hours after it opened for the day. There were only about 5-6 people in the waiting area so I don’t understand why it took over 3 hours for a simple oil change!!

Two days I came to have my vehicle looked at and the second day after a waiting for about six hours I left and went to another shop to have it looked at. This shop, which was another dealership, scheduled me in at 1:15 and I had answers about my car by 3:49.

I have a GMC Acadia and Mike Haggerty service keeps it running great. My air conditioning went out and they found the problem right away. I was very happy it was only a sensor. I thought I would need a new compressor which would’ve been way more expensive. Thank you Mike Haggerty for taking great care of my car.

The entire dash board in my cars blacks out at random moments. And my backup camera has went out. My car need up dates so that was done but it’s not a guarantee it fixed the issue because when I went in for my oil change the service person did a hard reset on my car which should have fixed the issue the first time and it didn’t because I was back for the same thing along with my back up camera this time. The camera is on back order which means to me that this is a common problem for Buick which is not good. My car has less than 10,000 miles and I am already experiencing issues

Whenever I come to this facility, noone ever greets you or acknowledges your presence. I walked in and stood there for about 10 minutes before an advisor asked how they could help me. Joe and Pedro sat at their desk and did not say one word. I finally asked Pedro if someone was going to help me and he stated that someone else should be coming. After waiting for about 15 minutes, Richard finally came out and assisted me. I brought my vehicle in on Friday and was told that it may be looked at Saturday or early Monday. I called Saturday for an update and was told that Richard was busy and he would call me back. Three hours went by so I called him and he told me that they couldn't look at it today but they would on Monday. I called Monday and spoke to Roberto and they still had not looked at it. He then called me back later that day to say that they finally looked at it but it would not be repaired until Tuesday. I called and it was finally ready around 530 pm. I had a similar incident occur a few months ago where they kept my vehicle for almost a week and did not repair anything. Im sure the same issue will occur in the future. This place and the customer service has really went down since I first started bringing my vehicle here.

I was able to drop my car off at 12:45PM and return at 5:45PM. I missed placed a small notebook (it was in my car). The call center helped me connected to my service representative. Karen (customer care) even searched for it! My oil change went well. The service center even replaced a missing lug nut. I was very happy with my experience. I look forward to having additional service with Mike Haggerty GMC. Thank you, LH

Though I was greeted by friendly staff, the service that I received was lacking. Quoted an hour for a service to be done, and being understanding that the service center was already running behind, and after agreeing to wait for an hour service to be done. 4 hours was more than uncalled for. I arrived at 10 am for a 10:15 service (installing splash guards) I left just before 2 pm. Needless to say I was unhappy
