I have a GMC Acadia and Mike Haggerty service keeps it running great. My air conditioning went out and they found the problem right away. I was very happy it was only a sensor. I thought I would need a new compressor which would’ve been way more expensive. Thank you Mike Haggerty for taking great care of my car.

I was able to drop my car off at 12:45PM and return at 5:45PM. I missed placed a small notebook (it was in my car). The call center helped me connected to my service representative. Karen (customer care) even searched for it! My oil change went well. The service center even replaced a missing lug nut. I was very happy with my experience. First point of contact service tech was rude and unwelcoming and didn't fulfill and my wants ; then as I looked at paperwork 21 point service was lied about obviously I had to refill my windshield wiper fluid on my own it was empty prior to me coming in and it was still empty when I left because I filled it up over at the dealership because I was confused as how to open the trunk . I just felt uneasy during the whole process and actually it's the second visit there and both times I felt this way ! Did speak to the manger there and expressed my concerns ... he stated that I should no longer feel this way coming there again!

Staff was great. I had an appointment for 11:00 am and was on time. During check in I was told they were running behind. When I asked how behind, I was told 2 hours. It took 3 hours for an oil change, inspection and tire rotation. My Sierra is out of warranty but I still would like to use your dealership for service. I have other excellent options but would like to stay with Haggerty. That being said, 3 hours for a tire rotation, inspection and oil change are not acceptable.

The wait was entirely too long. I had to wait over 3 hours for an oil change and I arrived at the service department only about 1 1/2 hours after it opened for the day. There were only about 5-6 people in the waiting area so I don’t understand why it took over 3 hours for a simple oil change!!
