2022 Buick Envision customer from CHICAGO, IL
I had an appointment for my first oil change at 8:30. I was not able to make the appointment but my parents took the car staff very helpful. It was an overall good experience. My suggestion is to arrive really, really early before any service appointment because it gets super busy.
