2017 GMC Terrain customer from CHICAGO, IL
My advisor was very nice and made sure I was comfortable considering my wait would be long which was no problem. He let me know at 1:00 pm that he was going to lunch and the only thing left to do was my wheel alignment which he told whoever to please let me know asap cause I had been there since 7:20 am. I sat there until 2:45 pm, when I stood up I saw my truck had been sitting in the lot and no one ever came to let me know it was ready. When I walked up to Joe who was sitting at the desk my paperwork and keys were sitting on the desk. If I hadn't went over there who knows how much longer I would have been waiting. Once your car is ready they should let the customer know. I wasn't the only customer that experienced the same thing that day. Other than that one issue I would highly recommend Mike Haggerty.
